In our last video of our Communication module, you are going to learn how to design them for your own organisation, and through something simple achieving a something with a big impact.
Here are the tools mentioned that we use in Roes Cooperativa:
Google Photos
Here me out: Google Photos is the best for storing video and pictures from projects or specific uses. Many use Google Drive, Dropbox and other platforms, but we prefer Google Photos, because it’s easier to organize them into specific albums (ex. from a specific project, or for a specific use) and easier to share them with different groups of people.
Canva
The unsung hero of many great organizations’ brands. Canva is one of the best tools for creating visuals (posts, videos, posters, and more) without being a graphic designer. We use Canva Pro for pretty much everything on our graphic design, and we find it’s 100% worth it. And, if you are a registered NGO, you can get Canva for Nonprofits for free.
Adobe Lightroom Mobile
We don’t do a lot of photo editing, but if you are interested in it we definitely recommend this tool! It’s fairly easy to use.
15 Square
15 Square Cut and Grid Maker app is the free app and allows you to crop your large rectangular photos into a number of square pics and make Instagrids! Upload them to Instagram to awe your friends and impress your profile page visitors.
Preview Instagram Feeder App
Preview App is a collaborative tool for digital project management, as gives to you the ability to visualize your Instagram feed before posting your designs, to check how each design interacts with each other. Highly recommend!
Coolors.
Coolors is an awesome tool for designing - Not only you can easily experiment with and generate palettes of brand colors for your organization(s) and projects, but it also gives you the opportunity to extract colors from a specific image, create collages and moodboards, and to design your own fonts!
